- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Stopped at this branch to make a deposit and get change. Jana requested my ID. I asked why I needed ID to make a deposit and was told I didn't have a relationship with Wells Fargo. I'm confused...I thought having business and personal checking and savings accounts implied some sort of "relationship"!!! Either Jana needs some training or I need a new bank. In all fairness this is the first negative encounter I have had at a a Wells Fargo bank and I have used many branches throughout the country.
